SBA loans to hotels in Pennsylvania: lenders, volume and loan sizes

From FY2021 to FY2025, SBA approved 133 loans to hotels and motels in Pennsylvania for $322.2 million: 89 under 7(a) and 44 under 504, per SBA loan-level data as of June 30, 2026. That is 2.5% of the 5,298 SBA hotel loans approved nationally in those years, which ranks Pennsylvania 14th of 53 states and territories by loan count. In FY2025 alone, Pennsylvania had 35 SBA hotel loans. GBank and Fulton Bank, National Association are tied for the most 7(a) hotel loans in Pennsylvania from FY2023 to FY2025, with 5 each.
What stands out in Pennsylvania
- The 504 program makes up 33.1% of SBA hotel loans in Pennsylvania from FY2021 to FY2025, versus 26.8% nationally. The rest are 7(a) loans.

Where SBA left the project state blank, the borrower state is used. Hotels means NAICS 721110, and cancelled loans are excluded.
